How to get the HOLO EFFECT?
1. Apply any color/base and cure.
2. Apply Top Perfect Shine or Top Delicate and cure for about 15 seconds. (+/- 5 sec. depending on the lamp power)
3. Apply liquid dust and rub it with your finger or a finger puppet onto the nail surface.
4. Apply any Hessi top coat to protect the pollen.
