Technical parameters of the #LONGER carrier:
- Length: 46 mm
- Shank diameter (diameter of the element that enters the milling machine): standard - i.e. 2.35 mm
- This means that our milling cutters will fit most milling machines available on the market, e.g. MicroNX, Marathon,
- Mercedes 2000, Nail Master, JD103, JD700 and many, many others
- The milling cutter should be sterilized in an autoclave at a temperature of 121 degrees
At what speed should #LONGER work?
- from 2,000 to 4,000 – for matting the nail plate
- from 3,000 to 7,000 – for developing a lot of styling
The speeds were tested on a MicroNX 300D milling machine with a power of 150W – be aware that if you have a different milling machine (with a different power) – these values may differ, which means that they may be higher or lower.
