Description
Simply rub the Peacock Eye powder into the top coat,
which leaves a dispersion layer, or sprinkle the powder onto the sticky,
uncured surface of the gel polish and then harden the whole thing in the lamp.
You don't cover with TOP!
How to use:
perform any hybrid, gel or acrylic styling, then apply a top coat, after the top coat with dispersion has hardened
(beautifully shine), rub in the dust in circular motions for a few seconds; remove excess pollen with a soft brush or brush;
cover the nail with top coat again, remembering to carefully protect the free edge of the nail;
cure the top in a 48/60W lamp for 60 seconds.
