Instructions: Apply the top coat to a suitably hardened layer of any colored varnish. We apply a thin layer of the product, which is always hardened
in a 48W/60W lamp for 60 seconds. Top Delicate does NOT have a dispersion layer and does NOT require washing with Cleaner.
