Instructions: Apply the top coat to a suitably hardened layer of any colored varnish. We apply a thin layer of the product, which is always hardened in a 48W/60W lamp for 60 seconds. Perfect Shine does NOT have a dispersion layer and does NOT require washing with Cleaner.
Ingredients: HEMA, Pentaerythritol, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, MERCAPTOPROPIONIC ACID, ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, BHT, DIMETHICONE.
